With the use of the internet and the exchange of data more than ever, computer users have to be in constant awareness of the cybercrime they might be a part of. Criminal activities like stealing or destroying data, information, and files; accessing other data, information, or files illegally; tempering with computer source codes; spreading computer viruses or spreading other intentional activities that harm computer systems and other properties are referred to as cybercrime.

Cybercrime, also known as computer-based crime, is an illegal or otherwise unethical activity performed with the use of a computer. It is just another form of committing crimes.
