3 years ago, a district had a population of 187500 and an annual population growth rate of 2% If at the end of the second year, 2960 people migrated in and 1375 people died due to the epidemic disease, 

1. Find the population of the district at the end of the second year.
2. Find the present population of the district.
3. Find the increased population in the last 3 years.
