3 years ago, the population of a village was 25000. The rate of population growth is 3%. One year ago, 522 people died of epidemic disease, 

1. Find the population before one year.
2. What is the present population of the village? 
3. If 3220 people migrated at the beginning of this year, then what will be the population of the village after 2 years at the same growth rate?
