Solution
All ores are minerals, but all minerals are not ores. This is because some minerals have large a large quantity of particular metal along with impurities from which metal can be extracted profitably. On the other hand, other minerals contain less quantity of metals due to which metal cannot be extracted easily and profitably.
For example, bauxite and china clay both are minerals of aluminum. However, aluminum can be commercially extracted from bauxite while extraction from china clay is not easy and profitable. Hence, bauxite is an ore of aluminum but not china clay.
