In a two-digit number, the product of the digits is 18 and their sum is 9.

1. If the digit in unit place be 'u' then write the digit in tenth place in terms of u.
2. If the product of the digits be 18 then find the value of ‘u’.
3. Find the two-digit number.
4. By what percent this will be changed when the digits are reversed?
