One year hence, a father's age will be 5 times as old as his son's age. The product of the present ages of the father and his son is 145.

  1. If the age of the son one years hence be ‘x’ years then write the age of the father one year hence in terms of ’x'.
  2. Write their present ages in terms of x.
  3. Find the value of x.
  4. Find their present ages.
