The difference of the present ages of two brothers is 7 years and the product of their ages is 44.

1. If the age of the younger brother be m years then write the age of the elder brother in terms of m.
2. Find the value of m.
3. Find the present age of the elder brother.
4. Find their ages before 3 years.
