The sides of a right-angled triangle containing the right angle are less than its hypotenuse by 1 em and 8 cm respectively.

1. If the hypotenuse of the triangle be 'h' then write other sides in terms of h.
2. Find the value of h.
3. Find the sides of the right-angled triangle.
