The sides of a right-angled triangle containing the right angle are less than its hypotenuse by 5 cm and 10 cm respectively.

1. If the hypotenuse of the triangle be 'h' then write other sides in terms of h. 
2. Find the value of h.
3. Find the sides of the right-angled triangle.
