Two years ago, the population of a village was 4000. During the first year, it is increased by 4% but due to an epidemic, it is decreased by 2% in the following year.

1. Find the population of the village at the end of the first year.
2. What is the population of the village now?
3. If 23 people migrated at the beginning of this year, find the population of the village after 2 years at the rate of 10% p.a. Compound growth.
